DropVault is a digital subscription that gives immediate access to research content. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Because access to the research database is granted immediately, subscription fees for periods already started are generally non-refundable.
If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or were unable to access the platform due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will review the charge and refund where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under consumer law in your country of residence.
Email us from the address on your account with the date of the charge and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within five business days.
