DropVault provides product research, sourcing information, educational resources and productivity tools such as a profit calculator and a listing generator.

We do not sell, source, warehouse, fulfil or ship products on your behalf, and we do not act as your agent with any supplier or marketplace.

We do not guarantee sales, profits, income, demand, supplier availability or marketplace approval. All pricing, margin and trend figures are estimates for research purposes only and may be inaccurate or out of date.

Any decision to purchase inventory or list an item is yours alone and is made at your own risk.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, tax obligations, consumer protection rules, intellectual property rights and the current policies of every marketplace and supplier you use.

You agree not to use the platform to sell counterfeit, restricted or unlawful goods, or to misrepresent products to buyers.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Paid memberships renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Prices may change with reasonable notice before your next renewal.

The platform, its content and its research compilations are owned by DropVault and licensed to you for your own resale business. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the database itself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost inventory value, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
